The Ortega Method has 12 algs and 3 steps:
- Make 1 face of any color. It doesn’t have to be a fully solved layer, because we’ll permutate both layers in step 3.
- OLL (7 algs) solves the top face
- PBL (5 algs) solves the rest of the cube
